Stock up Grocery is a marketplace venue where buyers from all over India get connected to buy groceries. We are continuously striving to form efficient and customer-friendly policies to make a strong bond between customers and us. 

We strongly focus on the quality and freshness of our products. But in case, if any user has an issue with the freshness or quality of products, we have a well-defined return policy for them. We take back the faulty products and issue credit-note for the customer and the amount will be credited to the customer account.

Cancellation policy

Our customers can cancel their orders anytime. We refund our customer payment already paid for the cancellation order. After each order confirmation, we start with our delivery cycle. When a customer cancels an order, it impacts our whole delivery and procurement cycle. So, we request our customers to have a low cancellation rate. 

Return Policy

We always request our customers to confirm the order after carefully checking and reading all relative terms and conditions. We encourage our customers to receive orders with a keen eye. We are not responsible for delivery delays and inadequate supply of material. Stock up Grocery is not bound to entertain any return requests after receiving the order by the customer.

Refund Policy

Stock up Grocery is free to take our decision on the refund. The customer will get a refund on a case to case basis. Customers who are opting for the COD option, are not bound to pay the order amount in any of the cases:

· Missing items from the orders

· Order received in a damaged state

· Wrong order delivered
